The staff were efficient and very attentive, gave us great tips. Liked our exceptionally clean and brand-new room equipped with comfy beds and a window view, as for instance. The hotel offered an above average breakfast.

Fantastic and lovely hotel located in a shopping area just off Jagalchi Market. Lots of night market stalls around, restaurant and all the shops becoming alive at night. Helpful staff throughout. The luxurious bathroom and brand-new room. Magnificent location around 10-15 minutes walk from Gukje Market. Fine and GOOD meals. I stayed at the Wa Hotel during my trip to Busan and it was simply fantastic. The hotel is located in a lovely shopping area just off Jagalchi Market and surrounded by lots of night market stalls, restaurants, and shops that come alive at night. The helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable, and I was impressed by the luxurious bathroom and brand-new room. The hotel's magnificent location, just a 10-15 minutes walk from Gukje Market, made it convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, the meals served at the hotel were fine and good, adding to the overall positive experience.

Great location in the heart of Busan, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Friendly staff who can communicate in English. Spacious rooms compared to hotels in Seoul, with all the essentials provided. Conveniently located near Nampo station exit 7 and close to attractions like Jagalchi and Gukje markets. Everyday amenities like complimentary bottled water and coffee. Comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Prompt and thoughtful room service. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Convenient location near Jagalchi Market and Yongdusan Park. Comfortable and spacious room with a large bathroom featuring a big tub and ceiling shower. Regrettably, only stayed one night.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious rooms with a separate toilet and bathing area. the heated toilet seat and bidet were a nice touch, and we always had plenty of towels and toiletries. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping district and just a short walk from Jagalchi Market. the nearby subway station and escalator made getting around the city so easy.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the airport by car and very close to the subway station. It is also situated in the Nampodang area, which is surrounded by various tourist attractions. the rooms are spacious and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and excellent linens and towels. the staff is professional and accommodating. the breakfast offers a good selection of food, including unique options like pasta and fried green beans. Some rooms even provide a nice view of the city.

One downside is that the hotel can be difficult to find, with the entrance being at the back of the building and not very obvious signage.
